Hudson Lockett IIIDrawing on over thirty five years of experience in a wide variety of building types and clients, Hudson Lockett III, Architect was founded in 1991 to provide a broad range of commercial and residential architectural services.

Experience

1991 to Present Owner, Hudson Lockett III, Architect
Providing Architectural Services on Commercial and Residential Projects including both new construction, space planning and renovations. Recipient of the Quoin Chapter of the Association of General Contractors "2003 Summit Award for Construction Excellence" for Lone Star Ranch Amenity Center, Frisco, Texas. Recipient of "2005 Nova 7 Award" from Fitness Management Magazine in the category of "Best Innovation in Facility Design, Construction and Decoration" for Telos Performance Center, Farmers Branch, Texas.

1989 to 1991 Project Manager, Michael F. Twichell, Inc.
Supervised design and construction documents for various large scale retail projects, including: the 1990 AGC/AIA "Building of the Year" Tom Thumb-Page at Arapaho Village.

1983 to 1989 Principal/Design Director, Rawls-Welty, Inc.
Developed client contacts and supervised design, working drawings and contract administration of projects including: the 1989 AGC/AIA "Building of the Year Texas Instruments Lewisville Fitness Center and a new corporate headquarters for Uniden Electronics, located in CentrePort at DFW Airport.

1982 to 1983 Project Manager, Seaborg, Inc.
Directed $3.5 million renovation of the twenty two story W.T. Waggoner Building in Ft. Worth, successfully acquiring Department of Interior ITC Certification.

1979 to 1982 Project Architect, Burson, Hendricks and Walls
Involved with several award winning projects including: restoration of the Texas Governer's Mansion and the fourteen story, $32m Texas Employers Insurance Headquarters.
