I want to take this opportunity to thank you for your exceptional support during the programming, design and construction of the Texas Instruments Texins Activity Center complex. My Corporate Facilities team, the Activity Center staff and our members continue to compliment the innovative design and world-class attributes of the facility.

The challenge of satisfying the Corporate Staff's desire to construct a building that reflected TI's culture while at the same time providing an environment where members can relax away from work was achieved with great success. You served as an excellent focal point throughout the project in coordinating the sometimes conflicting objectives of the user group and the Corporate Facilities construction team. However, what impressed me most was your availability from start to finish. You attended every meeting, developed the entire construction document package, and maintained a daily presence on site throughout twelve months of construction and project close-out.

I look forward to working with you again in the future.

Residential

My husband and I were interested in doing a major renovation on our 1941 house and contacted Hudson Lockett after he was recommended by the couple who sold us the house. Hudson was great to work with, very cooperative and had a great grasp of the type of sensitive remodeling we wanted to do. With his guidance, we were able to rebuild a very badly built 1950's addition, replace all the old windows, and spruce up the rest of the house.

We are particularly pleased that we were able to build a new bathroom that recreates the feel of the original art deco bathroom. We have had lots of comments from neighborhood people who told us that they appreciate that we kept the feel and scale of the original house.

Sally and I thoroughly enjoyed working with Hudson. He listened to our initial ideas and worked closely with us to develop a design for our new garage/art studio that complimented the design and feel of our 1930's Park Cities Tudor home.
